Number 6 of only 25 examples ever produced by the outstanding German firm Sapor Modelltechnik. Constructed utilizing over 3,000+ individual parts and remains widely accepted as one of the finest detailed models produced.

SAPOR Modelltechnik models were created in a small shop in Ingolstadt, Germany that produced extraordinary 1/8th scale models from 1992-1994. Though the engines in these models won't propel a full-size version of these cars, they can still crank over. The steering, brakes and gearbox mechanisms are all functioning. If you plug a model into an electric power source, the lamps and horn come to life. To make these features possible, the small shop used nearly 3,000 parts to build each model.

SAPOR's earliest examples were a 1904 Mercedes Simplex, a 1904 Rolls Royce and a 1913 Mercer Raceabout, which rarely come up for private auction, whilst most are retained in private hands being highly valued collector pieces.
