A charming Regency period landscape overmantel mirror of compact proportions, in giltwood frame with Verre Églomisé panel,

English, circa 1810

 

Why we like it

This wonderfully decorative mirror of rare landscape form and small size is presented in superbly original condition, with all original, 'sparkling' mercury plates and all origignl gilding. The reverse glass panel on the top is of exquisite quality and amazing colours.
